It’s not technically summer here yet in Texas but you sure wouldn’t know that from the heat we’re already experiencing! I think Summer 2025 is going to be a fun one, we are seeing some sophisticated new styles here in the world of home decor.

I would tell you that I’m not a neutral girl but I would be lying. If you were to remove all the decor from our home you’d find that the backdrop is fairly neutral – I filter in my pops of color through decor and keeping a neutral backdrop makes it easy to change it up.

Statement lighting isn’t new—but now it’s smart. That’s what we all need right? Smart lighting. I sometimes feel like some of these “smart” technology’s just make me feel stupid ha!
However, integrated dimming, motion sensors, and customizable color temperatures can be paired with artisan designs in brass, alabaster, and smoked glass. So now we can have fabulous looking lights that also do smart things. No more “clap on, clap off”. (Does anyone remember that?)
